KMAA is a safe environment where everyone is welcomed. I was hesitant to begin classes because I felt too old, however everyone is super friendly and willing to help you learn. Regardless of the class size, the instructors always make time to help you and explain the different forms and techniques. There's a variety of class times and they even offer kickboxing for adults (such a great workout). I most definetly recommend KMAA!
